The customer approached us with a vision for a practical kitchen that maximised the available space while maintaining the warm, cozy feel of a cottage. They expressed a desire for an island but were concerned about the room’s size. Since all of our cabinetry is fully bespoke and made to measure, we were able to design a solution that accommodated the island perfectly. Additionally, we crafted a custom wall unit to showcase their plates and crockery, and we seamlessly integrated a worktop pantry into a unique alcove, transforming what would have been wasted space into a beautifully functional feature.
The Verdict:
"I saw Thorn & Willow's advert, whilst browsing Facebook Marketplace. I loved the look of their kitchens and contacted them to get a quote to design out kitchen. I was unsure whether or not we would be able to afford a bespoke kitchen, especially as the kitchens in the photos looked so expensive! Tom got in touch and the quote given was well within our budget. He came out to the house and designed our new kitchen, taking into account all the little things I wanted!! The installation was done by Tom, with help from Charlie and in 5 days we went from a bare room to a beautiful, bespoke kitchen. I couldn't be happier with it, it looks beautiful, is so well made and has completed our little cottage. I highly recommend Thorn and Willow. Tom and Charlie are the nicest people too!"
